450 g Philadelphia cheese
¾ cup sugar
50g butter (melted)
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ lemon juice
70g digestive biscuits
200g sour cream
pre-heat oven at 160oC
separate the white stuff from the black biscuit of the Oreo. Crush and mix the black biscuit with the digestive biscuits with the butter. Grease the bottom of the mould and press the biscuit crumbs on the base.
Mix the eggs and add the cheese. Mix well in-between adding sugar, vanilla and lemon.
Add the mixture on top of the biscuit base, and bake for 15-20minutes. And let it cool for 10 minutes.
In the meantime add in a mixer the sour cream + 3 tbs of sugar + a couple of drops of vanilla extract + the Oreo white stuff.
Spread over and put back in the oven for 10 minutes.
Leave it in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
