I love wraps because they are the healthy solution for a quick meal. But in my dad’s refrigerator, there wasn’t much I could do… So I took what I could and tried to turn it into something substantial…
2 chicken breasts filets

any herbs you can find (I like chives)
1. Coat pieces of chicken with the whisked egg, salt and pepper. Roll them into breadcrumbs and directly grill them on slow fire. When thoroughly cooked and the crumbs are golden, put them aside and wait until they get a little cooler to slice them.
2. Whip a quick sauce with the cream, lemon, salt, pepper and herbs.
3. splash a tiny bit of water on the wraps and put them on the grill a couple of seconds on both sides until soft.
4. Coat the wraps with the cream sauce, a big salad leaf, the sliced tomatoes, sliced chicken, add some grated cheese and voilaaa
